The Xenos Villa 2 is the largest of the villas, featuring a split-level design which maximizes privacy, and the largest common areas.
Villa 2 is of modern design with large windows and a stunning view of the sea. The island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast can be seen from the living room and outdoor dining area.
The villa stretches over 3 floors and 250 sq. meters, allowing plenty of personal space for residents. The villa sits on 2000m2 of private land.
The main entrance leads to the first floor which consists of 2 sea-view bedrooms and full bathroom. Also on this level is a private studio with 2 twin beds, kitchenette, bathroom, and private entrance.
The second floor consists of a living room, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and open kitchen. Both living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor dining area and the living room provide an amazing opportunity to experience the Greek sunset over the Aegean sea.
The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a gym room with an additional sofa bed which can sleep 2 children. This floor also has a separate bathroom with tub, shower, toilette, and washing machine.
