The Xenos Villa 3 is the newest of the villas. This villa features an updated design and the best sunset views. Great for couples or friends who want to lounge poolside and soak in the views.

Villa 3 is of modern design with large windows and a stunning view of the sea. The island of Kalymnos and Turkey’s coast can be seen from the living room and outdoor dining area.

The villa stretches over 3 floors and 180 sq. meters, allowing plenty of personal space for residents. The villa sits on 2000m2 of private land.

The main entrance leads to the first floor which consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have an ocean view and the third bedroom has a beautiful mountain view.

The second floor consists of a living room, dining area, and open kitchen. Both living room and kitchen provide ample indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor dining area and the living room provide an amazing opportunity to experience the Greek sunset over the Aegean sea.

The ground floor has a bedroom with two twin beds and a gym room with an additional sofa bed which can sleep 2 children. There is also a separate bathroom with overhead shower, sink, and toilette.
